We understand that pet emergencies can be stressful, and we are here to help. On this page, you will find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our hospital and the services we offer. If you have a question not addressed here, please contact us directly. We are here to help you and your pet through any medical emergency.
When are you open? Weeknights Monday thru Thursday 6 PM until 7 AM; Weekends Friday 6 PM until Monday 7 AM; All Major Holidays
What type of emergencies do you treat? This list is not exhaustive, and other medical emergencies may not be included. If you notice any unusual symptoms or behaviors in your pet, it is always best to consult a veterinarian for advice.
We gladly see any emergency including, but not limited to:
- Traumatic injuries (broken bones, internal injuries)
- Difficulty breathing
- Collapse or inability to stand and walk
- Seizures
- Poisoning or toxin ingestion
- Uncontrollable bleeding
- Foreign body ingestion
- Diabetic crisis
- Paralysis
- Labor and delivery problems
- Acute kidney failure
- Swollen or distended abdomen
- Repeated attempts to urinate without any urine production
- Swollen or painful eyes
- Drug reactions
- Envenomation
- Loss of consciousness
- Difficulty urinating or defecating
- Swelling of the face or neck
- Persistent vomiting or diarrhea
- Pale gums
- Weak pulse
- Severe pain
- Heat stroke
- Cold injury
What type of pets do you treat? Dogs and Cats of all ages.
How much does it cost? Our Emergency Office visit includes an exam fee is $120. Once the veterinarian has examined your pet, a full estimate will be provided, including diagnostics and a treatment plan.
What type of payments do you accept? You can view our accepted payments on this page.
Do you offer payment plans? We do not offer payment plans but accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover Card, Care Credit, and Scratch Pay.
